"You come to this place if you are serious about pizza! This is pizza being made by a world class Pizza maker. Fresh fresh fresh ingredients, assembled perfectly to make the most delicious pizza! I had the large deep dish with shredded pepperoni and Italian sausage. The dough is light and fluffy with a perfect crispy bottom crust. The sauce that is put in top is flavorful. This pizza was so good. I'll be back!!"
"I highly recommend eating here. I will note, this pizza was hard to get. I tried on a couple different occasions to order and they were too busy. However, after tasting it, it is 100% worth the wait. I can't wait to order it again and try out a different pizza next time. There's so many good options to choose from. The dough was so chewy and delicious and there was the perfect amount of sauces and cheese on it. Keep the deliciousness coming!!!"
"One of the best places for pizza 🍕...their specialty is Detroit deep dish and a few other favorite a must try .they also sell slices and eat in options or wait ... remember deep dish takes longer to cook if you order one for pick up but very friendly and the hustle is real as well as the customer appreciation...."
"I had been looking forward to getting into town to try the food and I was super happy with everything! Can't wait to get in there again the next time I'm in town to try more of the menu! The Detroit style pizza was perfect, super light and crispy crust and the original superman was awesome!"
"Stopped in on their grand opening today about 30 minutes after they opened the doors and was happy to see they were so busy.
I ordered the Windsor and Detroit style vegan slices and a garlic dip. Everything was amazing.
So pumped to have great vegan pizza in Windsor."
Meet the Professor
Dean Litster, aka. Professor Zaaa, is known for his art of pizza making. He has competed in competitions around the world, including Canada and Las Vegas, with his amazing creations.
As a young boy, Dean dreamed of being an astronaut. He later came to love the art of television broadcasting, where he went on to school at Specs Howard, to learn about how to make everything look the best on screen. That is where he came across the difficult decision: make pizzas or become a television slave.
Today, Dean has taken his passion 25 years into the future. He has mixed up the pizza game and created pizzas the average person would have never thought possible. He is consistently pushing boundaries in the pursuit of the perfect zaaa. Winning awards such as number 1 in Canada and multiple top 5 in the world, even placing number 1 in the pizza box folding competition, makes him a force to be reckoned with. He is always looking for new inspiration in everything he does!
Professor Zaaa has become just that, a professor, a mentor, a legend of his craft. Just try it for yourself and find out what sets him apart… or better yet… find out… the Prof Zaaa Difference.
Meet the Sergeant
Lisa Bottone, also known as Sergeant Zaaa, got her start at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. That is where she studied Hospitality Management and fell in love with the restaurant industry. She proceeded to receive her diploma with a 4.2 GPA and the only person in her class to achieve the president's honour roll. Her love of food and service led her to a life in the hospitality industry, with a passion for serving people.
Lisa's passion for the Hospitality Industry led her to push herself in all aspects. She expanded her cooking knowledge while continuing to make long lasting "regulars" in every job she held. To date, Lisa has 20 years experience in the hospitality industry.
She first met Dean in 2020 when she became his pizza stretcher. Lisa continued to work alongside Dean, solely stretching pizzas, for 3 years. Dean would say to her, "you need to know how to make a beautiful canvas before you paint your picture". These words resonated with her and pushed her even further.
Lisa is now competing in pizza competitions alongside The Professor and has received multiple top 20 positions in Canada with her "out of the box" creations. The sky's the limit with her, so let's see how far she soars!
